Working Resilience
Summary: More than anything else (i.e., title, wealth, education, etc.) a person’s level of resilience determines how successful they are in life. Resilience is being able to find the meaning in what you experience (both positive and negative), and has the ability to help you survive, and recover from, even the most stressful of circumstances. We look at the three “building blocks” of resilience and how they support a meaningful life, even when things feel uncertain and ambiguous.
