Purpose Driven Feedback
Summary:
This workshop begins with helping leaders to understand the value of effective goal setting in performance management, allowing it to be a motivational and positive experience for both the manager and the employee, supporting the organization in delivering on its purpose. We then look at ways leaders can better understand the psychological contract we enter into with our employees that is fundamental to their engagement and collaboration in a process where we need them to understand a perspective of their performance (skills and/or behaviours) on the job, in service to providing support for increased performance and/or development. |
