Leading A Hybrid Team
Summary: Having a team in which some employees are co-located in an office and others are doing their jobs remotely presents a number of challenges for managers. Your employees’ needs are always varied, but as many companies navigate hybrid workplaces as the "norm", your team’s needs will be further diversified by a hybrid model which has some working from home and some in the office, or other version of a distributed team. This workshop looks at the specific things you need to consider in how you want to lead in a hybrid environment, and what you need to plan for to set yourself and your hybrid team up for success.
