Conscious Conversations:  Working with Difficult People

Summary: Part II of Foundational Conversations
Understanding the foundation of all-important conversations, particularly those that happen at a crucial point in an interpersonal relationship, is a great start.  Conscious Conversations is a continuation of the material from Foundational Conversations, and looks at having difficult interpersonal conversations.  It works with both what is happening in the moment, and the “entrance conditions” to make it safe for both parties to find shared meaning, building mutual purpose and respect (even with "difficult" people).  Introspective and interactive, participants come away with concrete tools and worksheets they can use every day, building their own consciousness resulting in deeper communication and interpersonal skills.
