In this workshop we look at how “bad” habits are an expression of an unmet need, and the simple steps you’ve been taking to build new, supportive habits to build new “muscles” that support your valued living and resilience, helping you to tackle big, complex challenges. We also celebrate the little changes you can make that add up to better habits for life (that's right, you get the good ice cream tonight).
