Business Intelligence of Empathy
Summary: Empathy is a multi-dimensional tool to ensure understanding with our clients, on teams and in workplaces. Like any tool we use in business today, you need to know how to use it for it to work for you… and that takes practice. We look at the different types of empathy and the scenarios where they work best, and how empathy fosters connection. We then look at the role of listening in empathy and how that supports needed business outcomes, because the more fully we can understand the world through someone else's eyes, the more open they will be to our input.
