Addressing Conflict
Summary: Conflict arises when we least expect it, are you ready? A key skill in today's workplace is to be ready, and able, to manage conflict when it arises in all its forms. This workshop looks different types of conflict and what we can do to meet them, managing ourselves, and supporting others, during disagreements. Then, we take what we’ve learned and apply it to building a deeper level of trust on teams, ensuring we have fewer conflicts to address in the future.
