How To Be An Adult In Relationships:  The Five Keys To Mindful Loving (David Richo)  This thought provoking book guides you through ways to be more conscious in relationships.  While the title targets relationships based on love and intimacy, it is a good guide for anyone who would like to make any important relationship in their life stronger and more resilient.  Powerful insights and clear guidance.  This is not a quick read - more of a marathon than a sprint, but definitely worth the time investment. The Mindfulness & Acceptance Workbook For Anxiety:  A Guide To Breaking Free From Anxiety, Phobias & Worry Using Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (John P. Forsyth, PH. D. and George H. Eifert PH. D.).  A practical and nourishing guide to help anyone overcome the struggle with worry and anxiety (day-to-day or as part of a program when working with a Psychologist).  It is not a substitute for medical advice, but is highly beneficial if you find yourself stuck in a worry or anxiety loop.  It includes worksheets and practices to help you set your mind free - get the version with a CD offering mindfulness meditations (very useful) the CD also has printable worksheets from the book.
